Agreement to Terms

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORED PLANS DESIGN WLL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE DURING THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ored Plans Design WLL and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and we may pursue available remedies under applicable law. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a relevant court.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
